Umow Lai projects feature prominently in the 2015 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards

Six Umow Lai projects have reached the finals of the 2015 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards and their Brisbane-based engineer and sustainability consultant Jessica Holz, is a finalist in the Future Leader of the Year category.

Umow Lai projects that have reached the finals are:-

171 Collins Street, Melbourne: SAS International Award for Best Office Development, nominated by Charter Hall and Cbus Property.

 Melbourne’s GPO Building: Yardi Award for Best Shopping Centre Development, nominated by ISPT.

Legion House, Liberty Place, Sydney: S4B Studio Award for Best Heritage Development, nominated by Grocon.

Liberty Place, Sydney: WSP Parsons Brinckeroff Award for Best Sustainable Development – New Buildings: nominated by Grocon.

 Liberty Place, Sydney, nominated by Grocon, and the Shrine of Remembrance, Galleries of Remembrance, Melbourne, nominated by Major Projects Victoria: KONE Award for Innovation,

Jessica Holz: du Chateau Chun Award for Future Leader, nominated by Umow Lai Victoria.

The winners will be announced at the national Awards Gala Dinner to be held in Sydney on 1 May.
