One of the key challenges Umow Lai had to overcome was the fact that an internally ventilated polycarbonate façade has been used, which is see through, meaning that no services could be reticulated behind it. This type of façade is the first of its type in New South Wales.
Umow Lai is provided Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Fire Protection and Hydraulic services for the project which was recently opened officially by the Governor of NSW, Professor Marie Bashir.
