The 20,000 sqm office development has been designed as a ‘village’ style office campus centred around an outdoor café/restaurant, with landscaped gardens, complementary retail shops and other tenant amenities.

A feature of the building is a “LUVE” wet/dry cooler in lieu of tenancy cooling towers to reduce both water and energy use by up to 70%.
