This totally refurbished 28-level 1970’s office building is the first refurbished CBD office building in Australia to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating.

The refurbishment included a new central mechanical and electrical plant and incorporated a number of ESD initiatives such as active and passive chilled beams, solar power for hot water and wind turbines.
