The 12-storey apartment complex sets a benchmark in apartment building technology design.

The luxury 88 apartment building provides residents with the latest technologies available, all appearing and functioning in a seamless manner. In order to provide such high quality services, Umow Lai’s ICT consultants devised some ground breaking technologies never before utilised in the one building.

Among them, the on-demand home automated music/video system and wireless touch screen panels for control of various building and apartment systems such as audiovisual, lighting, air conditioning /heating, security, lifts and intercom – features that are beyond typical apartment or home technologies.

Another unique feature to the building includes state-of-the-art security including CCTV cameras and an Access Control System utilising Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology.

As part of their service, Umow Lai’s thermal modelling confirmed that natural ventilation could be available in every apartment, along with openable windows.
